Delivering for tenants such as Target, Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Tom Thumb, Kroger, Kohl’s, JC Penny, and the list goes on, including all the big box retailers. Often regarded as one of the most challenging and difficult types of developments to complete, we have delivered many throughout the southwest.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Firestone Complete Auto Care</image:title>
<image:caption>Our work experience covers vast product types in the commercial real estate development sector. Companies like Firestone Complete Auto Care hire our expertise to deliver on a fast pace multi-unit, multi-territory single-tenant development program. For this assignment, we worked across 30 states to deliver hundreds of new units. Implementing this volume requires a disciplined approach that is systematic and regimented. We start with a market plan, undergo due diligence, negotiate the land purchase, put together real estate committee (REC) approval package, entitle the project, close, and build. Understanding the tenant's desire, along with what the capital markets are looking for in this type of product, is paramount to our business model.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Brookhaven Village</image:title>
<image:caption>Fifty years ago, Brookhaven Village shopping center was the center of a vibrant north Dallas neighborhood. UCR Development was tapped in 2015 to update the 125-acre Vitruvian master plan and redevelop the retail centerpiece. UCR guided a collaborative effort between all stakeholders to produce a revised master plan that addressed not only the needs of today's retailers but developed a well-balanced integration between the retail building components and the surrounding multi-family community. We ultimately reconfigured the property by constructing new shops buildings and gave Tom Thumb, the anchor grocer, a facelift keeping it open for business during construction. The heavy lifting was in the creativity and coordination with all the surrounding property owners and municipal utilities.</image:caption>

Healthcare delivered in a patient-friendly manner is much more convenient and accessible than ever before. We are proud to be one of a few who have such vast experience providing these synergies between healthcare and retail. We began this assignment in 2013 by developing a market plan that culminated in the opening of more than 30 locations in a short three-year window. Developing a strategy and executing on a scale suited to your companies needs is something we know well.</image:caption>

Jack Breard brings a wealth of experience to his position. Few people in the industry can match his years of success in mixed-use project leasing and specialty tenant representation. He has handled the following prestigious complex developments from the ground up: Southlake Town Square (Southlake, Texas), Mockingbird Station (Dallas, Texas), The Shops at Legacy (Plano, Texas), Park Lane (Dallas, Texas), Addison Circle (Addison, Texas) and The Shops at Highland Village (Highland Village, Texas). His tenant representation list is equally as impressive. He currently represents The Gap Concepts, The Limited Brands, Kirkland's Home, REI, Sur La Table, Fox Restaurant Concepts, California Pizza Kitchen (CPK), Crave, Front Burner Brands, FreeRange Concepts, Bassett Furniture and Total Wine. Along the way, Jack has negotiated leases to bring Dallas/Fort Worth its first Urban Outfitters, Total Wine, Bowl & Barrel, Angelika Theatre, Virgin Records, American Apparel, Aveda Institute and Lifestyle Stores; and has also completed deals with many of the nation's best retailers and restaurants including The Container Store, Crate & Barrel, Williams- Sonoma, Talbot's, Chico's and Cantina Laredo to name a few. Jack began his career with the Hopkins Shafer Company in 1990. He joined UCR as Director of Marketing in 1995 and later became Vice President. He left the company in 2000 to form a boutique brokerage firm serving lifestyle tenants and specialty projects. The growing demand for these services across America and the growing success of the Urban group led Jack to return to the firm in 2006.</image:caption>
